The mission of the Los Angeles Minority Business Enterprise Center (MBEC):

To increase the participation of ethnically owned businesses in the free enterprise system by providing consulting services, access to market opportunities, business financing and advanced business training.

As a general rule, in order to qualify for our services, you must be a minority-owned business with over $500,000 in revenue.  If you are interested in our services and would like to know if you qualify, please fill out the Assistance Request Form.
