The Los Angeles
Metro MBEC provides a number of high-value consulting services to
help minority businesses grow and compete. These services include:
Strategic &
Business Planning
-
Assisting
minority businesses with key insights and long-term strategies
that will help the firm create a sustainable competitive
advantage.
-
Creating
investor-quality business plans that can be used to attract
loans and equity.
-
Utilizing the
massive and robust information resources of the University of
Southern California, our consultants are able to provide a
variety of information and reports to our clients.
-
We provide
company, industry, or general business research drawing
information from renowned, subscription-based databases such as
Standard & Poors, Dun & Bradstreet, Lexis Nexis, Proquest,
Garter, and many others. To subscribe to these resources would
cost thousands of dollars a month.
-
Using Geographic
Information System (G.I.S.) to provide business owners with
demographic data tied into street address, zip codes, block
groups, and census tracks. The “business maps” that are
generated allow businesses to easily identify emerging markets
for their products and services by helping them visual
relationships not readily apparent from traditional demographic
charts and financial data.
