Who is eligible to receive your services?

In order to be eligible for the services of the Los Angeles Metro MBEC your business must meet the following criteria:

• The minority-owned business must be at least 51% owned by ethnic minorities, and must be located in Los Angeles or Ventura County.
• As a general rule, must have $500,000 or more in revenues and/or have significant start-up capital with proven management experience.
